11th Asian Aquatics Championship 2025 Registration Platform

For Athletes and Stakeholders

By registering on this platform as an Athlete or Stakeholder (including but not limited to Country Coordinators, Immigration Managers, Accommodation Managers, Catering Staff, Volunteers, and other authorized users), you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Eligibility

You affirm that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and submitted with full consent. You are either the rightful registrant (in case of athletes) or are duly authorized by your organization or federation to act on behalf of your role.

2. Use of Information

All personal and professional details collected during registration will be used solely for event management, logistics, identity verification, accreditation, accommodation planning, and security purposes. Your data will be shared only with authorized event organizers, government authorities (if applicable), and relevant stakeholders on a need-to-know basis.

3. Platform Usage

You agree to use the platform only for official event-related activities. Misuse, unauthorized access, sharing of credentials, or tampering with data is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification or legal action.

4. Data Privacy and Security

All user data is stored in compliance with international data protection guidelines. You have the right to access or request the correction of your data. By using the platform, you consent to the necessary collection, processing, and storage of your information.

5. Code of Conduct

All registered individuals must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the event lifecycle. Any misconduct, abuse, or violation of federation or host city rules may result in suspension of access or disqualification from the event.

6. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and uptime, the organizers are not liable for any data loss, access issues, or damages arising from the use of this platform.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated as required by the organizing committee. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Consent and Agreement

By checking the box during registration or submitting your application, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and consent to the use of your data for event-related operations.
